Because there's no such thing, you are not "naughty" or bad for eating the "wrong food"

So you can let that idea go, no judging food as good or bad, or you for what you eat.


No judging you or food is one of the principles.


  • Because I teach about energy, nourishment, eating for health, so the weight goes, when the pressure is off.

  • Because it's just food, some with more or less nutrients/calories.

  • Because It means nothing about you!!

This is what I call Eating with love, with self-love instead of hate and negative spirals, guilt, shame. -


It's simple easy principles to live by


It's for changing how you feel and think about you and food.

To stop dieting and weighing, stop obsessing over what you can and can't eat, going without.


So women trust themselves, use selfcare, be the boss of them.

It's about intuitively eating, giving you back control, listening to your body, not your fear brain.

It's how we learnt to eat, primitive switches, hormone balance and following instincts, hunger and fullness

Because I know it's a struggle;


  • Not enjoying food

  • Ignoring your body's signals

  • Not savouring, being present

  • Eating and binging mindlessly

  • Aware but still over eat

  • Feeling guilt or shame afterwards

  • Self-loathing and negative selftalk



Another principle is Eating mindfully, slow, savour, enjoy your meal and not over eat, so your brain and stomach have time to get ready, signals working.


Or another angle is stop punishing yourself, exercising and earning treats, after eating the "wrong food"- being useless, hopeless, fat, dissapointed


That's why I focus on way's to maintain healthy habits, keep you out of the negative spirals and self-loathing habits.


This truly is a more positive and self-loving way to enjoy food and eat to be your best girl.


The opposite to fear of failure, old way's of dieting, avoiding food to due to weight gain.


Less self-hate, hating food, not proud of behaviours or thoughts of guilt or shame for the food you eat.

Ditch the low vibe struggle, the soul-crushing thoughts, that drains energy, disconnnected from body and mind to enjoy in life.
