I’m Leanne Vandeligt
I have been helping women lift their health and happiness for 35 years. These days I help women over the age of 50, who want to feel fabulous, live their best life, be happy and healthy, confident, and love themselves in this phase of life.
I am a holistic health coach and personal trainer, specialising in body transformation and weight loss for stressed-out women who want more peace and energy in their life.
