Our Little River Studio 

Training Looks Like​

 

Strength Circuits - weights, reformer, pilates, bands, balls, cardio

a simple circuit using machine weights, body weight and bands, dumbbells, plus exercises that improve core and whole-body mobility.  Working at your own pace, fully guided and modifications given for each movement, no pressure. ​

 

Core Movement -

Mat Pilates style workouts softening, lengthening and strengthening Working the tummy, back, hips, glutes, pelvis together in simple exercise flows, for strength and stability, using pilates style core exercises

 

Stretching and Yin yoga movement  -

gentle moves, including yoga yin movement this is about supporting movement, lengthening, stretching without creating discomfort, it's about improving mobility in the joints, muscles using gravity and body weight, whilst bringing stillness and space and time to the mind, to relax the body and calm the nervous system  

 

We move within the body's limits, listening to what the body is telling you, moving where it wants to go naturally.

 

We don't do forcing or pushing our bodies or nervous systems, out of comfort zones here.

 

So, whatever your goal or desire is, I will help you to reach, review and renew the way's needed to improve your health, customized personally to tailor a program for you.​
