Good Things Happen in Comfort Zones Too

There is not just one way to improve health.
And despite what we've been told - PUSHING and FORCING yourself out of your comfort zone - is not for everyone.
I know it doesn't help, WHEN or IF my clients are struggling, scared to try, not confident, not inspired, they are NOT READY for that YET.
AND that is ok!
Because most women are already fried, with a nervous system, body and mind, are already overwhelmed and challenged enough, with everyday stresses.
SO there are times where our body or mind says NO WAY, to doing and forcing more.
Sometimes stretching and stressing our nervous system, more than it’s being stretched, is not a good thing.
And many women I've helped and trained, gradually built their comfort zones - expanded, grew confidence so they could improve at their own pace.
AND there is nothing wrong with that !!
Forcing when not ready is not needed, totally normal to not be ready for stepping out of comfort zones.
So it's time to stop guilting and bullying ourselves to do more than we feel ok with.
BECAUSE In fact if your not engaging or inspired - in your comfort zone - then you can guarantee trying to force you to go harder, bigger, than you can cope with will;
# just make it less aligned for you, you will push back and resist the changes you want or need to make, even more.
SO BE SNEAKY - Try this instead - so as to not trigger your health and nervous system.
We trick our mind, with small tweaks, swaps, changes - things under the resistance radar.
I help my clients with BABY STEPS, to create small enough changes that your mind and body feel ok with it, will accept and allow.
So you won’t feel big resistance or nervous system melt downs.
Or even worse your immune system gets cranky, (alarm bells ) -
or the negative thoughts or mental health, anxiety heightens - (alarm bells )
Checkin - how does it feel when you try and force yourself beyond what feels ok to do ?? .(Ease and flow or Alarm bells ??)
So how can we ease you into lasting change - that’s my focus, make it suit, doable with ease and improving energy not f**king it.
Truth - You can absolutely change, grow and challenge your comfort zone - comfortably
So you can still get fitter, healthier, make changes, feel more self-confident and belief in yourself, trust your intuition again, listen to your body again - relax into change.
Because if it doesn’t feel good for you, subconsciously, you won’t want to change anything.
So - if this sounds like what you've experienced before and you would like a sensible approach to getting fitter, healthier, feeling good in your body -
