Every year I see women do the same thing, when they get to January and realise that nothing's changed from last January and they panic, looking for a quick fix, detox, diet or bootcamp.
Because they think the only way to feel good is to start another diet for new year!!! Nooooooo, there’s better ways, no diets needed, Eva.
Try this insead, how about easy lifestyle changes instead?
