Did you know October is world menopause awareness month?
And did you know there's at least 31 different symptoms that women can experience, thankfully not all at once.
So I'm here to share some idea's in my Free ebook

You may have seen lots more talk about it lately, conversation is everywhere lately, especially for working women trying to keep going despite the lack of support, sleep, not to mention those random symptoms.
Each women's experience can be very different to someone else, or even different time periods as they get older.
BUT - here's how I see it, not necessarily a negative thing, there are some pro's, no just con's, it's a giant wake up call for many of us, who need to take better care of ourselves as we get older.
And my belief and experience so far is- The healthier your body, the better you will feel, the lesser the effect of menopause.
There are some things we do that do not help us feel better.
It's not a lost cause, not forever and we can help ourselves be the healthiest version we can be, to feel better.
