Enjoy the Yummy Food At Christmas Don't Avoid It

ree

Aussie summer Christmas is delicious and not unhealthy foods, so it's easier than you think to eat fresh and nutritious, plus squeeze in resting and some walking

Here's what I recommend to enjoy Christmas and a healthy body, whilst avoiding the extra kg's and recharge the batteries.

Try these tips to eat well and avoid the extra 2kg (average people put on over christmas break)

1. Eat the beautiful salads, proteins and fresh meats (no guilt)

2. Choose the entree plate, not the big plates if your concerned

3. Go for the fruit salad, berries and fruit, if your having a desert

4. Love seafood?? s go for the prawns and salmon

5. limit the sugary drinks, mixes and wines, mix it up with a few waters

6. Watch the portions, if you eat well you will be full, you wont' need seconds.

7. Get enough sleep, nothing worse than late nights feeling exhausted before Santa even arrives and if you can't enjoy an afternoon nap, refresh ready for more fun.

8. Start a new holiday morning routine to boost energy

9. Enjoy some fun and good company, joyful, loving, giving, see friends and family -

10. Find your mojo - breathe, nap, read, play music, dance, hugs and gratefulness, giving and

Overall - just be sensible, watch the portion sizes, don't over do the wine, lollies and desert otherwise you'll need to put your big girl pants on after for real.
