Each new year I’ve seen women do the same thing, each year and end up still in the same boat a few months on.
Except those who are happy to try new ways - think differently.
We don’t need a quick fix.
We need to create a healthy body and mind.
Create a bigger picture, an idea of future self, longer game - new outlook based on being healthy not just about weight.
Truth You are allowed to have both - a healthy life with celebration, fun and joy.
In fact it’s a MUST for living fulfilled, energised and happy -
It's called balance.
But instead women think they need to go without !!! Or else it won’t work, they’ll fail (again).
But here’s the real issue;
1. Choosing unrealistic and restrictive, almost punishing type goals for weightloss
2. No help or plan with the steps to improve or change over time.
3. Too hard, no fun, not sustainable or enjoyable.
All for the holy grail of weightloss not a healthy approach for well-being.
So what’s needed is a new perspective - an overhaul of poor habits, vision, belief and trust more confidence.
Overall just living a healthier lifestyle or habits.
A holistic approach, being healthy and energised as part of life.
