I've been training women for 35 years, and now 57 I know that some exercises do not provide the benefit they once delivered.
WE don't need to work hard to get a result, infact "no pain, no gain", go hard can harm us.
Stops us from starting, can cause injury or increase the hormone balance which is already under pressure from stress and aging.
There is a better way, all about how you feel.
Opening up our ideas of what movement is, taking the pressure off not having so many rules around what exercise is worth doing.
Sometimes our body needs less not more.
There's more to being healthy than just exercise too.
