During menopause peri or post, womens bodies have enough pressure and stress on our systems. So when it comes to moving less is more. Movement can be simple, with less pushing and jumping around, whilst we improve fitness, we also require strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. So I've created a video series with my favourite workouts. all short effective movement for any body. All tried and tested with myself and my clients.
