There are so many benefits from staying active as we age, this includes being strong and toned, inside and out.

This gives you some clear ways to train your pelvic floor, visualising and tuning into the ways to move and lift.

No one needs to know, you can do them anytime any where

As we get older we often get stiffer, have less joint mobility and muscle flexibility, as well as strong bones and joints.

It's another way of keeping our body youthful and capable.
Another case of "Use it or lose it"

Good news, the benefits are life long and we can strengthen
our muscles anytime, anywhere.

It can be a case of use it lose it - Try these simple moves to help you stay strong inside and out

they suit any Woman any Age - Important for all women

I've been training women for 35 years, and now 55 I know that some exercises do not provide the benefit they once delivered.

And not every exercise helps our pelvic floor.

Our hormones change so does our body, so we need to rebuild and reduce the stress on our already comprimised core and pelvic floor.

Sometimes our body needs less not more.

reasons we need to keep our pelvic floor happy and healthy

There's a few good reasons to maintain our pelvic floor, to keep moving and maintaining strength.

1. Keeping active means we can maintain our weight, balancing hormones and putting less pressure on our body.

2. Keeping pelvic floor functioning as it should means more choice in the exercise styles you want.

3. Keeping fit helps our mental health.

4.  A healthy pelvic floor also allows for a healthy sex life, as we age muscles get weaker, dryer, and can even create discomfort during sex, not great for our self confidence.

5. Not all exercise is complimentry for our pelvic floor. Best to ensure your doing the right exercises for where you are at.

Looking after your pelvic floor is selfcare.

What ever we do now, will make a big difference for your future health and reducing incontinence issues..
